In the Glasshouse Kitchen the world’s best, Michelin-starred and country’s hottest chefs converged to create one-off menus and inimitable dining experiences for our guests.
Each line-up was hand-picked by Tasting Australia’s creative team – Simon Bryant and Jock Zonfrillo – and brought together game-changing talent such as Alex Atala (D.O.M., Brazil) and Margot Janse (South Africa) with South Australia’s premium produce.
Its glass façade allowed passers-by the chance to take a peek at what was on the menu each evening, while guests inside were about to soak up the iconic surrounds of Adelaide Town Hall, Adelaide Post Office and the enchanting Victoria Square.
The drinks were expertly curated by Tasting Australia’s beverage director Nick Stock and beverage managers East End Cellars, and took guests on a journey through global trends, local champions and more.
Truly, the Glasshouse Kitchen was a celebration of South Australia as a food destination through the fusion of world-class talent with world class produce.
