It will be a night of surprises and exquisite food and wine matching; each chef will scour South Australia for the best ingredients of the moment, creating dishes that are at their prime on that day only to pair with any of the newly released Samuel's Collection by Yalumba.
Star chef, author, TV presenter and co-owner of Three Blue Ducks, Robertson joins acclaimed Caribbean-born Carmichael, Zonfrillo (Restaurant Orana, Gourmet Traveller's 2018 Restaurant of the Year), and one of Australia's great Asian masters, Thompson, who shot Bangkok's Nahm to the top of the World's 50 Best Asia list.
